Delta Inspection and Research Centre is committed to provide quality, reliable and timely services. It is our policy to:
- Consistently provide quality testing services that conform to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all personnel are competent and qualified for the tasks they perform, and that all personnel familiarize themselves with quality system documentation in order to implement the policies and procedures in their work.
- Professionally and effectively perform testing services to produce accurate and precise results.
Quality Objectives
- Ensure 100% of all tests and calibrations of equipments are carried out in accordance with standard methods.
- Implement continual improvement initiatives and make best use of management resources at least one improvement per year.
- Work closely with our customers in seeking to establish the highest standards for product quality and on-time delivery by achieving minimum Grade B in customer satisfaction survey.
- Test report to be issued to customers within three working days.
- 'Z' score in Proficiency Testing and Inter laboratory comparison to be less than or equal to 2
- To resolve customer complaint within 5 working days.
- To provide training to staff minimum 5 man days.
